C O N S I D E R A T I O N S

Please only show up to your appointment no more than 5 minutes before the start time. If you have any questions regarding your massage treatment, please email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

M I S S E D  A P P O I N T M E N T S - N O  S H O W 

Please understand that missed appointments prevent us from catering to other clients.

That said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact by email at maryanneandmassage@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If cancellations are less than 24hrs a $50 fee will be charged.

Note: We recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so your healthcare provider may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
